MMS has a separate department which specialises in Clinical Negligence (formerly Medical Negligence) claims. In recognition of our expertise in this area we hold a Specialist Quality Mark with the Legal Services Commission which enables us to offer public funding in appropriate cases and we are also members of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel.

Chris Moore is the partner who is the Head of the firms Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Departments.

Chris qualified in 1991 and has specialised exclusively in personal injury and clinical negligence cases since 1993. Chris is a member of both the Law Society’s Specialist Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Panel and also holds an Advanced Professional Diploma in Personal Injury Litigation. Chris has acted for clients in several high value and complex personal injury and clinical negligence claims.

Vincent Shore is a partner in the firms Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department.

Vincent is the partner responsible for Information Technology. He has overseen the firm’s investment in the most up to date information technology thereby ensuring we are well placed to make use of opportunities available through the efficient use of e mail and the internet. Vincent qualified in 1998 and since then has specialised exclusively in personal injury and clinical negligence claims. Vincent has experience of catastrophic injury claims and in managing teams of lawyers specialising in personal injury claims.
