Home Information Packs (HIPS)  was introduced from 1st August 2007 for the sale of all properties with 4 or more bedrooms. From that date any person wishing to sell such a property must produce a HIP before they can advertise their house for sale. MMS can provide your HIP for you as well as carrying out your conveyancing. Please contact us for details.
